Jason Giambi 2001 MLB Showdown Card

For a couple summers in middle school, MLB Showdown cards were life.

Nothing was more sought after than this 11 On-Base stat for the jacked green slugger from Oakland, Jason Giambi.

I remember winning an eBay bidding war with mom’s credit card to bring this one home. Oh how sweet is the nostalgia.

Here is the 2001 version which was his best stat year and most iconic Showdown card.
